NOTALIC offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may offer a 14-day free trial for Pro plans. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent before recording any meeting. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. You must comply with all applicable laws, including informing participants that meetings are being recorded.
You retain ownership of all content you upload ("Your Content"). By using NOTALIC, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and algorithms, is owned by NOTALIC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using NOTALIC, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in harmful conduct. We'll provide notice when possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TRANSCRIPTION ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTALIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold NOTALIC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
